HOW CAN I SEE THE PRICES IN ANOTHER CURRENCY?

First make sure you are logged in with your account. Then click on my profile in the menu above. There’s a list with all the currencies available. Choose the one you prefer.

ARE COLOURS WHAT THEY APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE SAME AS IN REAL LIFE?

Yes, to 99%. Different monitors vary in colour representation but we allways try to ensure the product photos to be as accurate as possible.

I WISH TO ORDER XXX IN SIZE X BUT YOU ONLY HAVE IT IN SIZE X, DO YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK?

If a product is sold out or doesn’t come in a specific size it unfortunately means we don’t have it. What you see in the shop is what we have in stock.

ORDERS AND DELIVERY

HOW TO ORDER?

You have to be a member at altewaisaome.com to shop. To add items to your shopping cart you must be logged in. The items you wish to purchase are stored in the shopping cart and from there you proceed to check out and follow the instructions.

WHAT IS A TRACKING NUMBER?

A tracking number is a unique number provided by Posten so that you may track your order on its way to you as it is shipped out from us. To track your order simply visit Postens webpage www.posten.se and enter your tracking number. To retrieve your package from your local distributor simply bring your tracking number and a valid ID (and money if you have chosen to pay on delivery).

WHEN I SEARCH USING MY TRACKING NUMBER THERE IS NO RESULT?

This means that is has not yet been registered. Try searching again in a few hours. If the problem remains please contact us and we will try to help you.

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

Have you checked your mail for any messages from us? Perhaps the item is out of stock and we have tried contacting you.

I HAVE NOT RESEVED ANY NOTICE/TEXT MESSAGE FROM POSTEN, WHAT HAS HAPPNED?

Sometimes Posten has trouble with their handling. Use your tracking number to search for your order. If the package has arrived to your local distributor, just bring your tracking number and ID to retrieve your package.

HOW LONG DOES MY PACKAGE REMAIN AT POSTEN?

Posten keeps your package for 14 days then it is sent back to us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT BUT I NO LONGER WANT IT, WHAT DO I DO?

Go to ‘Contact Us’ and choose subject, pick up you order and return it along with the reciept you got from us. Also send your account information on the reciept so we can refund you. If the package is not collected you will be billed a penalty fee of 25 EUR.
